Reasonable Suspicion Drug & Alcohol Training

About: This training is required by law for anyone who supervises CDL drivers. It includes all materials and covers pertinent rules such as: how to make a reasonable suspicion judgment, developing company policies, responding to positive tests, return-to-duty procedures, and SAP requirements.

Creating & Maintaining Driver Qualification Files Webinar
Virtual Dates: May 7, 2026
Cost: $25 for MMTA members, $50 for non-members
About: Maintaining driver qualification files is a never-ending task. A DQ file contains essential documentation and information to provide a comprehensive snapshot of driver applicants and employees. The file must contain items such as pre-employment screening, a road test if required, a medical examiner’s card, and more. Files are required to be regularly updated and records retained. Make sure your files are in compliance with the FMCSA regulations.
